I am a real estate investor in Texas, and today on the New-News I just want to share that Zillow just recently put out a new super app or super platform where they claim that they will provide a one-stop-shop for buyers to come in and basically go through the whole process of buying a property. Whether it’s deal finding, getting an agent, finding a mortgage broker, getting the funding for it or financing for it. In essence, they claim that they will have a super app where Zillow will basically provide all the services associated with acquiring real estate. Is this a market disruptor or “save-the-company” gimmick? Let us know what you think.
