Hello everyone this is Juan Carlos Gastelum and I’m a Real Estate investor in Texas. Recently, I visited Mr. Manuel Amezquita´s 2.74 acres land in Edinburgh, Texas. It has a great front to a heavy-traffic street, it’s called McColl Rd., so we’re very excited about talking to Mr. Amezquita on partnering to create a self-storage facility and maybe some multifamily in this property and hopefully raise capital through our fund for 506C SEC Accredited Investors and part of it finance it through a loan.
