I am Real Estate investor in Texas and I want to write a short note on my visit to El Paso, Texas to one of the buildings that will be renovated with funding from one of our debt instruments that we’re launching through Ace Capital Real Estate Fund for our investors that is open to Accredited Investors only; meaning that these investors should comply with the 506C SEC rule. Now, we’re hoping to raise up to $10 Million dollars for this project. This is just one of the buildings that will be rehabed and will receive resources from the debt instrument. The loan to value on that is less than 50%, so it’s a low-risk investment and the yield for our Accredited Investors will be 12% annual.
