We recently visited sunny San Diego, California and after a few hours of looking at properties found that if you look carefully in some appreciating markets you’ll find great deals and opportunities that still cash flow. One such place is Little Italy, a trendy hip and upscale part of town, where the real estate market is just booming. This goes to show that even in today’s economy if you look for properties that are well located in cities or parts of town that have urban amenities all around the area, like a farmer’s market, you’ll find great real estate deals that will cash flow and appreciate. You just need to learn how to find the correct parts of town that have this value add for great property opportunities.
