Hello, everyone, this is Juan Carlos Gastelum. I am a real estate investor in Texas. Today we’re going to continue with our book reviews, and more particularly with the review of the Robert Kiyosaki’ saga. This next book is the CashFlow Quadrant by Robert Kiyosaki. In the Cashflow Quadrant is where Robert Kiyosaki discusses the different levels of income generators. The first level or the first part of the quadrant is where Robert Kiyosaki discusses the “E” or Employee, which is where the majority of people are stuck. Basically, going to work every day, generating a salary but never becoming financially free. The second tier, or the second level of the Cashflow Quadrant is the S quadrant, which stands for self-employed. This is where Robert Kiyosaki considers all those professionals or practitioners or sole proprietors that have what seems to be a business, but in reality requires spending most of their time as if it were a job. The third tier of the quadrant is the B Quadrant. Now this is the business ownership quadrant and is where most people generate financial freedom and have time to invest and look at other assets where they want to place their money. Lastly, the fourth quadrant is the investor quadrant, and this is where Robert Kiyosaki says that everyone should aspire to be. He makes reference to different levels of investors in the I quadrant, and the best level to be at is the Capitalist Level or Level 5 Investor. This is a level where Robert Kiyosaki says that all business owners should take their free cash flow from their business and invest in passive income generating assets. So, our tip for today is to grab a copy of the Cashflow Quadrant. It is definitely a book you don’t want to miss if you’re starting in any business, but particularly in the real estate business. That’s it for now. Take care. Best wishes on your real estate journey and God bless!
