Hello, everyone, this is Juan Carlos Gastelum. I am a real estate investor in Texas, and today I want to celebrate that we have closed on our 20-unit multifamily property in Edinburg, Texas. It turned out to be a great deal. We’re getting our returns and our metrics sharp as we underwrote. So we create a series of videos and blogs from when we first started looking at this property, talking to the seller’s broker, talking to the owner who initially told us about the replacement of the roof recently in April of 2021. We’re very excited about running this property and turning it into an awesome deal. We are actually about to get into a cost segregation study and we’ll tell you more about it. That’s it for now.
