OFF TO THE RACES

Hello, everyone.  This is Juan Carlos Gastelum. I am a real estate investor in Texas.  We teamed up with MSR Houston, the Motor Speedway Resort in Angleton, Texas.  We are excited about promoting the development of the racing and speedway resort together with High and Beyond Magazine www.hbeyondmagazine.com and witness the first stage development for car garages for ultra-luxury sport motor cars.  There are many amenities at MRS Houston, including karting, Mercedes Benz® driver´s training experience, super bike racing and other speed-racing facilities.   You can purchase your own a spec-built apartment space together with your garage so that you can live with your cars and race them at leisure.

A highlight at MSR Houston is the exhibit of a Tramontana super car.  It’s one of eight built in the world. It’s an amazing street legal race car and eye candy for racing enthusiasts. This is a piece of art with a black colored body and bronze accents. It’s a beautiful car.

You can invest in one of the villas or garage-loft-apartments. On interview, Gabriel Haddad, owner and creator of MSR Houston, expressed that “one of the main reasons for creating such speedway resort is to be able to drive your dream, being able to enjoy your toys.” (sic) “I love having the opportunity to actually feel what the car can do, and the only way to do it is in a safe space. Safe place is, of course, probably the best one to do.”

In addition,MSR. Houston is one of only two certified and authorized Lotus® driving schools in the world.  You can learn to drive a Lotus® and get certified as a trained driver. The main speedway circuit is over 4 kilometers long and you can also enjoy a karting circuit for tons of fun.

You can invest in MSR Houston real estate by buying an apartment or villa or invest as a passive investor. For more information reach out to the High and Beyond Concierge Services at www.hbeyondmagazine.com. So that’s it for now. Take care. God bless and best wishes in your real estate journey!
