Hello everyone. This is Juan Carlos Gastelum. I am a real estate investor in Texas and today I’m at the Hotel Del Coronado. This is probably the most iconic, if not the most famous building in San Diego. Built in 1888, it’s located in one of the hottest markets for real estate in Southern California, Coronado. Last week, we discussed getting started in real estate and creating your own meetup group or joining groups within your community of like-minded individuals that are just getting started or are already on track with their real estate journey.
Today we are going to discuss how to get started with the proper mindset. I personally joined a mastermind group with Steve Rozenberg out of Houston, Texas. It’s such a great group, I have
learned a lot; I have learned a ton of strategies. For me, joining the think tank mastermind has proven to be a great tool; a great wealth of information that has strengthened my real estate journey and given me the confidence to move forward with many of the offers I have made in the Rio Grande Valley. Additionally, you get the support from guests that Steve Rozenberg brings in to the seminars each week, and they really round up the whole learning experience through the seminar. I’m going to post a link to the ThinkTank Mastermind, hoping that you can also join and engage, If not on this one, may be on a similar one. You can share your experiences and ask questions with peers and other members that are also in their journey in real estate investing.
